Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Yes! We specialize in custom jewelry. Whether you're designing an engagement ring, repurposing heirloom stones, or bringing a new idea to life, we’re here to help. You can book a custom design appointment directly on our website.
What’s the process for creating a custom piece?
We start with a design consultation to understand your vision. From there, we create CAD (Computer-Aided Design) renderings and wax models for approval. A 50% deposit is required to begin the process.
Repairs & Resizing
Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Yes. We provide a full range of repair services including ring resizing, chain repairs, prong work, and stone tightening. Walk-ins are welcome or you can schedule a repair appointment online.
Do you resize rings not purchased from you?
Yes! Bring it in and we’ll assess what’s needed. Pricing depends on the metal, design, and condition of the ring.
Setting Your Stones
Will you set a stone I already own?
We’re happy to set stones not purchased from us—whether it's a family heirloom or a diamond you sourced elsewhere. Before we begin, we’ll evaluate the stone’s condition and compatibility with the chosen setting.
Please note that while we take every precaution, setting a stone always involves some risk, especially with older or fragile stones.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- Custom and Special Orders: Non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
- In-Stock Items: Eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days of purchase in the same condition it was sold. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out—it’s important to us that you love your piece.
Jewelry Care & Warranty
Do you offer cleaning or maintenance?
Yes! We offer lifetime complimentary cleaning, polishing, and prong checks for all jewelry purchased from us.
Is my jewelry under warranty?
We warranty all side stones and settings against craftsmanship defects. If a side stone falls out and there’s no evidence of damage, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Appraisals & Insurance
Do you provide appraisals?
Yes, we offer a complimentary appraisal with your purchase for insurance purposes. You're welcome to shop insurance options, but we typically recommend a company called BriteCo.
Payments & Deposits
What kind of deposit is required for custom pieces?
We require a 50% deposit to begin the CAD and design process. $400 of the deposit goes toward CAD and is non-refundable. The remaining portion secures the stones and is also non-refundable. Final payment is due at pickup.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
Layaway Policy
Do you offer layaway?
Yes! We’re happy to offer layaway for select in-stock pieces. Here’s how it works:
- A minimum deposit of 25% of the total purchase price is required to start a layaway.
- Layaways are valid for up to 90 days.
- You must pay at least 25% of the total purchase price every 30 days to keep the layaway active.
- If a layaway is canceled within 5 days of the original deposit, the item will be returned to stock and any balance will be issued as store credit only.
- If a layaway is canceled after 5 days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, plus the cost of any requested alterations. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit only, and no notice is required to cancel.
- Sale items are not eligible for layaway.
- We reserve the right to refuse layaway at our discretion.
- Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable.

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome! But if you’re planning to design a custom piece, view diamonds, or bring in a repair, we recommend scheduling an appointment—especially on weekends. You can book directly through our website.

Do you sell lab grown diamonds and gemstones?
Yes, we do! We carry a selection of lab grown diamonds and gemstones in a variety of cuts, sizes, and colors.
Where do your natural diamonds and gemstones come from?
Our natural diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced from trusted suppliers around the world. We work only with vendors who follow strict labor, trade, and environmental standards to ensure everything we sell is conflict-free and responsibly obtained.
